APPOINTMENT, EVALUATION. JOB SECURITY OF FACULTY TEACHING NON- DEPARTMENTAL OR INTER-DIVISIONAL COURSES
18.1 The ▇▇▇▇(s) of the School(s) shall appoint a three (3) member faculty committee from the appropriate School(s) to function as a Departmental Tenure and Promotion Committee following all procedures outlined in Section 17:
(a) When inter-divisional, by the Deans of the appropriate divisions and the Vice President for Academic Affairs;
(b) When intra-divisional, by that School's ▇▇▇▇; and
(c) When non-departmental, by the ▇▇▇▇(s) of the appropriate Division(s).
APPOINTMENT, EVALUATION. 1. The appointment and evaluation of all administrative and supervisory personnel shall be the responsibility of the Superintendent and other members of his/her immediate staff designated by the Superintendent.
2. An administrator shall have the right to request removal of an evaluation or item of correspondence from his/her personnel folder if the item refers to an isolated incident or situation that is no longer germane to the administrator’s performance or employment. Such request may be made to the Superintendent in writing four (4) years from the date of entry and shall, subject to his/her approval, serve to remove the original entry and any rebuttals related thereto. The decision of the Superintendent shall be final and binding and shall be excluded from the provisions of Article 15,
