Appointment as Escrow Agent. The Company hereby appoints Bank to serve as Escrow Agent hereunder, and Bank hereby agrees to serve as Escrow Agent hereunder until this Agreement is terminated pursuant to the terms of this Agreement.
Appointment as Escrow Agent. The Company hereby appoints Continental to act as Escrow Agent for the Company in accordance with the provisions hereof, and Continental accepts such appointment.
Appointment as Escrow Agent. The parties hereto hereby appoint Escrow Agent, and Escrow Agent agrees to act, as escrow agent on and subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
Appointment as Escrow Agent. The Depositors hereby appoint ECC with effect from the date of this Agreement as Escrow Agent pursuant to Article 50 of the Auctioning Regulation to act in accordance with and subject to the terms of this Agreement. The Escrow Agent xxxxxx accepts such appointment and agrees to act in accordance with and subject to such terms.
Appointment as Escrow Agent. The Company and CCM each hereby appoint Escrow Agent to act as the escrow agent under the terms hereof, and the Escrow Agent hereby accepts such appointment and agrees to act as escrow holder for the Escrowed Funds in accordance with the terms hereof.
Appointment as Escrow Agent. The Company hereby appoints AST to act as Escrow Agent for the Company in accordance with the provisions hereof, and AST accepts such appointment.
Appointment as Escrow Agent. Sellers’ Representative, on behalf of all the Sellers, and Investor, on behalf of all the Investor’s Indemnitees, hereby appoint Citibank, N.A. as escrow agent for the Escrow Deposit and any earnings and income thereon (together with the Escrow Deposit, the “Escrow Property”) and direct Citibank, N.A. to open and maintain a separate account to hold the Escrow Property (the “Escrow Account”) for the benefit of Sellers’ Representative (on behalf of all the Sellers) and Investor (on behalf of all the Investor’s Indemnitees).
Appointment as Escrow Agent. The Company and Oasis each hereby appoint Escrow Agent to act as the escrow agent under the terms hereof, and the Escrow Agent hereby accepts such appointment and agrees to act as escrow holder for the Escrowed Funds in accordance with the terms hereof.
Appointment as Escrow Agent. 2.1 The Contracting Parties jointly appoint the Escrow Agent as an escrow agent and the Escrow Agent agrees to act as an escrow agent in relation to the Certificates upon the terms and subject to the conditions of this Agreement. The Escrow Agent’s duties and responsibilities, in its capacity as such, shall be limited to those expressly set forth in this Agreement.
