Appointment and compensation. Upon the following terms and conditions, CUE appoints ISA, within the terms of this agreement, to secure new customers for services under the contracts held by CUE with various Providers, Aggregators, Brokers, and/or Resellers. Said customers will be considered customers of CUE.
