Application to Existing Adjuncts (Who Held Title of Adjunct Upon Ratification). Any existing Bargaining Unit Faculty Members who held the former title of “Adjunct Faculty Member” in the bargaining unit hired after July 1, 2012, whose appointments are scheduled to be renewed on July 1, 2016, will be appointed to a one (1) year Salaried Adjunct position under this Agreement. Any existing Bargaining Unit Faculty Members who held the former title of “Adjunct Faculty Member” in the bargaining unit hired before June 30, 2012, whose appointments are scheduled to be renewed on July 1, 2016, will be appointed to a three-year Salaried Adjunct position under this Agreement.
