Common use of Application of Voluntary Prepayments Clause in Contracts

Application of Voluntary Prepayments. Unless otherwise provided in this Section 2.18 or elsewhere in any Loan Document, all payments and any other amounts received by the Administrative Agent from or for the benefit of the Borrower shall be applied to repay the Obligations as the Borrower designates (or, in the absence of such designation, in the direct order of maturity thereof). Amounts repaid or prepaid pursuant to this clause (f) or clause (g) below on account of the Term Loans may not be reborrowed.
