Common use of Application of this Supplemental Indenture Clause in Contracts

Application of this Supplemental Indenture. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Supplemental Indenture, the provisions of this Supplemental Indenture, including the covenants set forth herein, are expressly and solely for the benefit of the Holders of the Notes. The Notes constitute a separate series of Securities as provided in Section 2.01 of the Indenture.

Application of this Supplemental Indenture. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Supplemental Indenture, the provisions of this Supplemental Indenture, including the covenants set forth herein, are expressly and solely for the benefit of the Holders of the Notes. The Notes constitute a separate series of Securities as provided in Section 2.01 of the Indenture.

Application of this Supplemental Indenture. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Supplemental Indenture, the provisions of this Supplemental Indenture, including the covenants set forth herein, are expressly and solely for the benefit of the Holders of the Notes, and any such provisions shall not be deemed to apply to any other Securities issued under the Indenture and shall not be deemed to amend, modify or supplement the Indenture for any purpose other than with respect to the Notes. The Notes constitute a separate series of Securities as provided in Section 2.01 2.1 of the Indenture.

Application of this Supplemental Indenture. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Supplemental Indenture, the provisions of this Supplemental Indenture, including the covenants and Events of Default set forth herein, are expressly and solely for the benefit of the Holders of the 2007 Notes. The 2007 Notes constitute a separate series of Securities notes as provided in Section 2.01 301 of the Existing Indenture.
