Common use of Application of Net Proceeds of Eminent Domain Award Clause in Contracts

Application of Net Proceeds of Eminent Domain Award. If all or any part of the Project shall be taken by eminent domain (or sold to a government threatening to exercise the power of eminent domain) the Net Proceeds therefrom shall be transferred by the District to the Trust Administrator for deposit in the Insurance and Condemnation Fund pursuant to Section 5.07(b) of the Installment Sale Agreement and shall be applied and disbursed by the Trust Administrator as follows:
