Common use of Application Lists Clause in Contracts

Application Lists. The Application Lists will, subject as mentioned below, open at 11:45 a.m. on 5 March 2018 and will close at 12:00 noon on the same day. In the event of a tropical cyclone warning signal number 8 or above or a “black” rainstorm warning signal (in any such case, a “signal”) being in force in Hong Kong at any time between 9:00 a.m. and 12:00 noon on 5 March 2018 then the Application Lists will open at 11:45 a.m. and close at 12:00 noon on the next Business Day on which no such signal remains in force between 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon. All references in this Agreement to the time of opening and closing of the Application Lists shall be construed accordingly.
