APPLICATION AND SCOPE. This policy applies to all employees and applicants for employment who have a disability requiring accommodation. For the purpose of this policy, accommodation is defined as adjustments or steps taken in order to meet the needs of a disabled person which permit the disabled person to perform his/her job duties and to participate in employment activities.
