Application Administration. Contractor’s PIMS shall provide an enterprise wide hierarchy based model which can accommodate County’s organizational structure. Administrator can add/change user’s access to a project. The system shall allow authorized users or administrators to add user defined data fields to any module of the Software without having to engage professional customization.
