Common use of APPLICABLE TARIFF Clause in Contracts

APPLICABLE TARIFF. 9.1 The WPD shall be entitled to receive the Tariff of Rs. / kWh [Insert the Tariff discovered through the bidding process conducted by SECI], fixed for the entire term of this Agreement, with effect from the SCD, for the power sold by the Buyer to the Buying Entity for the scheduled energy as reflected in the Energy Accounts. In case of early part-commissioning, till SCD, subject to the consent for such purchase by the Buying Utility, SECI may purchase the generation at the PPA tariff. In both the cases of early part or full commissioning of the Project, the Applicable Tariff for the commissioned Project shall be [Insert Tariff]/kWh from and including the SCD.
