Applicable Module. Based on the nature of the Services, the module indicated below shall apply: □ Module Two (Controller to Processor) □ Module Three (Processor to Processor) □ Module Four (Processor to Controller)

Applicable Module. Parties hereby agree that the applicable module of the Standard Contractual Clauses is the module Controller-Processor.
