Common use of Applicable Legislation Clause in Contracts

Applicable Legislation. Notwithstanding anything contained in this agreement, the Carrier will continue to be subject to any implied terms, conditions, guarantees or warranties imposed by the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) or any other Commonwealth or state legislation in so far as such may be applicable and prevents the exclusion or modification of any such term, condition, guarantee or warranty.
