Applicable Law; Submission to Jurisdiction. This Agreement shall be construed in accordance with the laws and decisions of the State of Illinois in the same manner applicable to contracts made and to be performed entirely within the State of Illinois and without regard to the conflict of law provisions thereof. Executive and the Company agree to submit himself and itself, as applicable, to the non-exclusive general jurisdiction of any United States federal or Illinois state court sitting in Chicago, Illinois and appellate courts thereof, in any legal action or proceeding relating to this Agreement or Executive’s employment with the Company.
