Common use of Applicable Law; Severability Clause in Contracts

Applicable Law; Severability. This Warrant shall be governed by and construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of California. If any one or more of the provisions contained in this Warrant, or any application of any provision thereof, shall be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable in any respect, the validity, legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions contained herein and all other applications of any provision thereof shall not in any way be affected or impaired thereby.
