Applicable Law; Interpretation. This Agreement shall be interpreted under the laws of the State of Wyoming. This Agreement shall be construed in accordance with its fair meaning, and not strictly for or against either Party. This Agreement has been reviewed and revised by counsel for each Party, and no presumption or rule that ambiguities shall be construed against the drafting Party shall apply to the interpretation or enforcement of this Agreement.
