Applicable Customers. This Schedule applies to individual Customers who may apply for the opening of Foreign Currency deposits Accounts with the Bank in accordance with the law.

Applicable Customers. 1. We may reject Your request to provide MSSP Services to a potential Applicable Customer at any time for any reason, without incurring any liability to You and/or Applicable Customer. 2. The Parties acknowledge that You will have Your own agreements with the Applicable Customers pursuant to which You will provide MSSP Services to the Applicable Customers. You acknowledge and agree that We will not be a party to the contract between You and the Applicable Customer and, further, that We will not be liable to You or to Applicable Customer in respect of any claims made by the Applicable Customers under contract between You and the Applicable Customer. 3. Prior to providing MSSP Services for each Applicable Customer, We may request a letter of acknowledgment in place executed between Us and the Applicable Customer.
