Applicability of the provisions of this Agreement. 2.5.1 For the purpose of Availability, Target Availability and the computation of Availability, Incentive, Penalty, the provisions provided in this Agreement shall apply and any future modifications in the relevant Rules and Regulations shall not be applicable for this Project.
