Applicability of International Standby Practices 1998. Unless otherwise expressly agreed by Issuing Lender and Borrower when a Letter of Credit is issued, the rules of the "International Standby Practices 1998" or such later revision as may be published by the Institute of International Banking Law and Practice, subject to applicable Laws, shall be deemed a part of this Section and shall apply to such Letter of Credit.
