Common use of Appendix Clause in Contracts

Appendix. Notwithstanding any provisions in this Agreement, the Option shall be subject to any terms set forth in the Appendix to this Agreement for the Optionee’s country. Moreover, if the Optionee relocates to one of the countries included in the Appendix, the terms for such country will apply to the Optionee, to the extent the Company determines that the application of such terms is necessary or advisable for legal or administrative reasons. The Appendix constitutes part of this Agreement.
