App Updates. Shift inc. reserves the right to modify and revise these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy or any of its other policies relating to the App’s functionality, that it may post from time to time and in its sole discretion. Any modifications shall be deemed effective immediately and incorporated by reference into these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy or any other policies such as additional terms or any other which we may post from time to time. Upon any such change, Shift inc. will provide the amended terms on the App and may also attempt to notify you via other means. Shift inc. encourages you to periodically review the App for updates, as they may involve important changes affecting your legal rights. You acknowledge and agree that, your continued access to or use of the App and/or Services after the effective date of any modifications to these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy or any other policies constitutes your affirmative acceptance of the modifications. IF AT ANY TIME YOU CHOOSE NOT TO ACCEPT THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, OUR PRIVACY POLICY OR THIS AGREEMENT, AFTER SUCH MODIFICATIONS, THEN YOU MUST STOP USING THE APP AND/OR SERVICES IMMIDIENTLY.

App Updates. From time to time updates to the App may be issued through App Store or Google Play. Depending on the update, you may not be able to use our Services via the App until you have downloaded the latest version of the App and accepted any new terms.

  • Schedule Updates the Contractor agrees to maintain the Work duration schedule updates on an ongoing basis and, when the County requests it, include the updates in its payment request. The Contractor may be required to submit a narrative report with each monthly update which shall include a description of current and anticipated problem areas, delaying factors and their impact, and an explanation of corrective action taken or proposed. Failure to do so may be considered a material breach of the Contract. Any additional or unanticipated costs or expense required to maintain the schedules shall be solely the Contractor’s obligation and Contractor agrees not to charge the County.

  • Updates “Updates” are changes that do not require a change to the established Centralized Contract terms and conditions. Updates may include: Centralized Contract changes and updates made in accordance with the previously approved pricing formula (e.g. discount from list price); adding new products or services within the established, previously approved pricing structure; lowering pricing of products or services already on Contract, deleting products or services available through the Centralized Contract, adding product or service that do not fall under the previously established price structure or discounts under the Contract, re-bundled products, and other updates not listed above that are deemed to be in the best interest of the State and do not result in a change to the established Centralized Contract terms and conditions. Updates must be submitted to OGS for review, and must be accompanied by a justification of reasonableness of price if the change results in a change in pricing methodology.   • Automatic Updates If you choose to allow automatic app updates, your device will periodically check with Apple for updates and upgrades to the Apple Software and, if an update or upgrade is available, the update or upgrade will automatically download and install onto your device and, if applicable, your peripheral devices. You can turn off the automatic app updates altogether at any time by changing the automatic app updates settings found within Settings.

  • Updates and Upgrades Contractor grants to the Department a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use upgrades and updates provided by Contractor during the term of the Contract. Such upgrades and updates are subject to the terms of the Contract. The Department shall download, distribute, and install all updates as released by Contractor during the length of the Contract, and Contractor strongly suggests that the Department also downloads, distributes, and installs all upgrades as released by Contractor during the length of the Contract. Contractor shall use commercially reasonable efforts to provide the Department with work-around solutions or patches to reported software problems that may affect the Department’s use of the software during the length of the Contract.

  • Alternative Work Schedule An alternate forty (40) hour work schedule (other than five (5) uniform and consecutive eight (8) hour days in a seven (7) day period), or for hospital personnel an eighty (80) hour workweek in a fourteen (14) day period and other mutually agreed upon schedules that comply with applicable federal and state law. Employee work schedules normally include two (2) consecutive days off.

  • Alternative Work Schedules Employees may request alternative work schedules such as a nine (9) day - 80 hour two week schedule or a four (4) day - 40 hour week schedule. Management will respond to an employee's request within 15 calendar days. Any changes from existing work schedules will be based on the needs of the service as determined by Management. Employees covered by the Fair Labor Standards Act will not be placed on alternate work schedules that mandate the payment of overtime under the Act.

  • Update Each year the Plant Training Committee shall prepare an Update that reviews the Findings and modifies them based on changed circumstances, measures the success of the Training Program against its objectives and modifies the Training Program accordingly.
