App Updates Clause Samples
The App Updates clause defines the obligations and procedures related to updating, modifying, or enhancing an application after its initial release. Typically, this clause outlines how and when updates will be provided, whether updates are mandatory or optional for users, and may specify the types of updates covered, such as security patches or feature enhancements. Its core practical function is to ensure that users receive necessary improvements and fixes, while clarifying the responsibilities of the app provider, thereby maintaining app performance and security over time.
App Updates. From time to time updates to the App may be issued through App Store or Google Play. Depending on the update, you may not be able to use our Services via the App until you have downloaded the latest version of the App and accepted any new terms.

Shift inc. reserves the right to modify and revise these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy or any of its other policies relating to the App’s functionality, that it may post from time to time and in its sole discretion. Any modifications shall be deemed effective immediately and incorporated by reference into these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy or any other policies such as additional terms or any other which we may post from time to time. Upon any such change, Shift inc. will provide the amended terms on the App and may also attempt to notify you via other means. Shift inc. encourages you to periodically review the App for updates, as they may involve important changes affecting your legal rights. You acknowledge and agree that, your continued access to or use of the App and/or Services after the effective date of any modifications to these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy or any other policies constitutes your affirmative acceptance of the modifications. IF AT ANY TIME YOU CHOOSE NOT TO ACCEPT THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, OUR PRIVACY POLICY OR THIS AGREEMENT, AFTER SUCH MODIFICATIONS, THEN YOU MUST STOP USING THE APP AND/OR SERVICES IMMIDIENTLY.
App Updates. Belle may make available for download certain updates or upgrades to the App to update, enhance, or further develop the App (“App Updates”). The license granted herein allows you to download and use the App Updates pursuant to the same terms and conditions applicable to your use of the App.
App Updates. Creation of social media elements similar to Twitter as noted below.
a. Creation of user profile page similar to Twitter with content feed, profile avatar/picture, and brief bio (160 characters or less) Based on design, this page may be integrated with existing dashboard currently available on A La Carte Charts application.
b. Allow users to post their own content. Content can be in the form of text, images, and/or links to outside URL's.
c. Allow users to share/re-post other users content within their own feed on the A La Carte app
d. Add functionality giving users the ability to follow other users feeds on app.
e. Add functionality giving users ability to see followers
f. Add functionality to share charts on social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Linkedlu). If shared content is clicked on from other social channel and user is not registered and logged in on A La Carte, it will display a snapshot of the chart only on a web page. To access full data, user will have to download the app and register.
g. Add functionality of uploading avatar or profile picture.
h. Add functionality giving users ability to like posts.
i. Add push notification functionality.
App Updates. All of TruStone’s apps are periodically reviewed to ensure the latest security updates are included. TruStone recommends that users maintain the latest app versions at all times. In cases where critical updates are necessary, TruStone may require that users update before continuing on with the service. Most devices allow for automatic app updates. TruStone encourages users to add the TruStone App to the automatic update list. Automatic updates on all apps are not encouraged as issuers tend to periodically make change to permissions. It is important to review any changes before proceeding.
App Updates. 14.1. This App may require you to install updates from time to time. You agree to receive such updates as part of your use of this App.
14.2. If you choose not to install such updates or if you opt out of automatic updates, you may not be able to continue using any of the Licensed Materials.
