APP Bonus. Executive shall continue to participate in the Coty Annual Performance Plan (the “APP”), with a Target Award of 60% of Executive’s Salary. Executive understands that the APP is a discretionary bonus plan and may be amended or terminated by Coty in its sole discretion at any time, and that an award under the APP (“Bonus”) is not guaranteed by Coty except as provided in the APP. In determining Executive’s Bonus, if any, Coty will consider the business results of the Company as well as affiliated companies, as provided in the APP.
APP Bonus. You will be eligible to earn for each of the fiscal year ending June 30, 2015 (“FY15”) a bonus (“FY15 Bonus”) under the Coty Inc. Annual Performance Plan (“APP Plan”) based on the Company’s financial performance and your personal performance objectives for FY15, as previously set by the Company. The evaluation of your personal performance objectives is at the sole discretion of the Company, in accordance with prior evaluation criteria. The FY15 Bonus will be paid at the same time and be subject to the same plan guidelines as for active employees.
APP Bonus. Executive will be eligible to receive a prorated FY 2020 APP bonus. If a bonus is paid, pursuant to the Company’s financial performance and departmental goals, Executive will receive the prorated bonus on the same date as current active employees, usually within the first three (3) months in the year following the execution of this Agreement.
