Common use of API Modifications Clause in Contracts

API Modifications. DSI may modify, amend, change, or deprecate all or part of the API in its sole discretion at any time (an "API Modification"). DSI shall use reasonable efforts to provide notice to Subscriber of any such API Modifications as soon as reasonably practical. Subscriber acknowledges that an API Modification may have a material adverse effect on any applications utilizing or relying upon the API (including Subscriber Applications), including but not limited to causing such applications not to operate as designed. DSI shall have no liability of any kind to Subscriber or any user of such applications with respect to such API Modifications or any adverse effects resulting from such API Modifications.
