API Documentation; Samples Sample Clauses

The 'API Documentation; Samples' clause establishes the obligation for one party, typically the provider of an API, to supply comprehensive documentation and sample code or data to the other party. This clause ensures that the recipient has access to the necessary technical materials to understand, integrate with, and effectively use the API. By requiring the provision of up-to-date documentation and practical examples, the clause facilitates smoother technical integration, reduces misunderstandings, and helps prevent implementation errors.
