API Changes. DCI or AWS may change or discontinue any APIs for the Services from time to time. For any discontinuation of or material change to an API for a Service, we will use commercially reasonable efforts to continue supporting the previous version of such API for 12 months after the change or discontinuation (except if doing so (a) would pose a security or intellectual property issue, (b) is economically or technically burdensome, or (c) would cause us to violate the law or requests of governmental entities).
API Changes. Arccos may make such changes to the API as may be reasonably required by changes to the Data Services Platform, Data elements, or otherwise. Arccos will give Customer at least sixty (60) days’ prior notice of any Breaking Change. To the extent that any such Breaking Change may require changes to the Customer Product, Customer shall implement such changes to the Customer Product no later than the change date of which it is notified by Arccos such that the Customer Product continues to function correctly with the API and the Data Services Platform.
