API and Product Clause Samples

The 'API and Product' clause defines the terms under which a party may access and use an application programming interface (API) and any related products or services. Typically, this clause outlines the scope of permitted use, any restrictions on how the API or product can be integrated or modified, and may specify requirements such as maintaining confidentiality or adhering to technical documentation. Its core function is to set clear boundaries and expectations for the use of the API and product, thereby protecting the provider’s intellectual property and ensuring consistent, authorized usage.
