Common use of Any Clause in Contracts

Any. (a) repairs or replacement goods provided by you under this clause are subject to the same warranty as the original goods, as from the date of repair or replacement; and/or (b) defective services that are re-performed or made good by you under this clause are subject to the same warranty as the original services, as from the date of re-performance or the date on which the defective services were made good.
