Common use of Any Clause in Contracts

Any. (A) Electrical Schematic Obligation Notice shall be accompanied by a Directors’ Certificate confirming that the details of the Material Change so notified are true, complete and accurate in all material respects and is not misleading; and (B) copy of the electrical schematic diagram provided pursuant to Condition 31.12(B) shall be accompanied by a Directors’ Certificate certifying that the date as at which the electrical schematic diagram is valid and the version number thereof are true, complete and accurate in all material respects and are not misleading, in each case by reference to the facts and circumstances then existing.
