Common use of Any Clause in Contracts

Any. (a) event occurs (or circumstances exist) which in the opinion of the Arranger, has or is likely to materially and adversely affect the Borrower's ability to perform all or any of its obligations under, or otherwise comply with the terms of, this Loan Agreement; (b) information the Borrower provided when they applied for the Loan is found or suspected to be to be untrue; or (c) adverse information is received from credit reference agencies relating to the Borrower.
