Antitrust Guidelines. The Parties acknowledge that industry forums which are designed to share information can give rise to “Antitrust risk”, in particular in relation to allegations of collusion by participants in the same market. Accordingly, the Parties agree to comply with the Antitrust Guidelines contained in Schedule 2.
