Common use of Antitrust Clearance Clause in Contracts

Antitrust Clearance. The waiting period (and any extension thereof) applicable to the Sale under the HSR Act shall have been terminated or shall have expired.

Antitrust Clearance. The filings of Buyer and Seller required under the HSR Act for the transactions contemplated by this Agreement shall have been made, and the applicable waiting period (and any extension thereofextensions of the waiting period) applicable to the Sale under the HSR Act shall have expired or been terminated or shall have expiredterminated.

Antitrust Clearance. The waiting period (and any extension thereof) applicable to the Sale Stock Purchase under the HSR Act (and any agreement entered into in connection with filing under the HSR Act with any Governmental Authority not to consummate the transaction pending further review) shall have been terminated or shall have expired.
