Common use of Antidilution Rights Clause in Contracts

Antidilution Rights. Additional antidilution rights applicable to the Preferred Stock purchasable hereunder are as set forth in the Company's Restated Certificate of Incorporation, as amended through the Effective Date, a true and complete copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit III (the "Charter").
