Common use of Anti-Terrorism Laws Clause in Contracts

Anti-Terrorism Laws. (i) No Covered Entity is a Sanctioned Person, and (ii) no Covered Entity, either in its own right or through any third party, (a) has any of its assets in a Sanctioned Country or in the possession, custody or control of a Sanctioned Person in violation of any Anti-Terrorism Law, (b) does business in or with, or derives any of its income from investments in or transactions with, any Sanctioned Country or Sanctioned Person in violation of any Anti-Terrorism Law; or (c) engages in any dealings or transactions prohibited by any Anti-Terrorism Law.

Anti-Terrorism Laws. (a) Each Loan Party represents and warrants that (i) No no Covered Entity is a Sanctioned Person, Person and (ii) no Covered Entity, either in its own right or through any third party, (aA) has any of its assets in a Sanctioned Country or in the possession, custody or control of a Sanctioned Person in violation of any Anti-Terrorism Law, ; (bB) does business in or with, or derives any of its income from investments in or transactions with, any Sanctioned Country or Sanctioned Person in violation of any Anti-Terrorism Law; or (cC) engages in any dealings or transactions prohibited by any Anti-Terrorism Law.

(a) Each Borrower represents and warrants that (i) No no Covered Entity is a Sanctioned Person, Person and (ii) no Covered Entity, either in its own right or through any third party, (aA) has any of its assets in a Sanctioned Country or in the possession, custody or control of a Sanctioned Person in violation of any Anti-Terrorism Law, ; (bB) does business in or with, or derives any of its income from investments in or transactions with, any Sanctioned Country or Sanctioned Person in violation of any Anti-Terrorism Law; or (cC) engages in any dealings or transactions prohibited by any Anti-Terrorism Law.

(i) No Covered Entity is a Sanctioned Person, and (ii) no Covered Entity, either in its own right or through any third party, (a) has any of its assets in a Sanctioned Country or in the possession, custody or control of a Sanctioned Person in violation of any Anti-Terrorism Law, (b) does business in or with, or derives any of its income from investments in or transactions with, any Sanctioned Country or Sanctioned Person in violation of any Anti-Terrorism Law; or (c) engages in any dealings or transactions prohibited by any Anti-Terrorism Law, in each case, however, with respect to any Covered Entity that is not a Borrower, a Guarantor or a Subsidiary, to the U.S. Borrower’s knowledge.

Anti-Terrorism Laws. (i) No Covered Entity is a Sanctioned Person, and (ii) no Covered Entity, either in its own right or through any third party, party (a) has any of its assets in a Sanctioned Country or in the possession, custody or control of a Sanctioned Person in violation of any Anti-Terrorism Law, (b) does business in or with, or derives any of its income from investments in or transactions with, any Sanctioned Country or Sanctioned Person in violation of any Anti-Terrorism Law; or (c) engages in any dealings or transactions prohibited by any Anti-Terrorism Law.

Anti-Terrorism Laws. (i) No Covered Entity is a Sanctioned Person, and (ii) no Covered Entity, either in its own right or through any third party, (a) has any of its assets in a Sanctioned Country or in the possession, custody or control of a Sanctioned Person in violation of any Anti-Terrorism Law, Law or (b) does business in or with, or derives any of its income from investments in or transactions with, any Sanctioned Country or Sanctioned Person in violation of any Anti-Terrorism Law; or Law and (ciii) engages the Covered Entities are in any dealings or transactions prohibited by any compliance, in all material respects, with all Anti-Terrorism LawLaws.

Anti-Terrorism Laws.
