Common use of Anti-corruption law Clause in Contracts

Anti-corruption law. (a) No Obligor shall (and the Company shall ensure that no other member of the Group will) directly or indirectly use the proceeds of the Facility for any purpose which would breach the Xxxxxxx Xxx 0000, the United States Foreign Corrupt Practices Act of 1977 or other similar legislation in other jurisdictions.

(a) No Obligor shall (and the Company Parent Guarantor shall ensure that no other member of the Group will) directly or indirectly use the proceeds of the Facility for any purpose which would breach the Xxxxxxx Xxx 0000Bribery Act 2010, the United States Foreign Corrupt Practices Act of 0f 1977 or other similar legislation in other jurisdictions.

(a) No Obligor shall (and the Company shall ensure that no other member of the Group will) directly or indirectly use the proceeds of the Facility for any purpose which would breach the Xxxxxxx Xxx 0000Bribery Act 2010, the United States Foreign Corrupt Practices Act of 1977 1977, the Corruption, Drug Trafficking and Other Serious Crimes (Confiscation of Benefits) Act or other similar legislation in other jurisdictions.
