Common use of Anonymized Data Clause in Contracts

Anonymized Data. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary under the Agreement, Talend may create aggregated, redacted, or anonymized forms of Customer Data that do not identify Customer or any Authorized User (“Anonymized Data”). Anonymized Data shall not be considered Customer Data. Talend may use Anonymized Data for its business purposes.
