Anonymized Data. Fyber may process data based on extracts of Personal Data on an aggregated and non-identifiable forms, for Fyber’s legitimate business purposes, including for testing, development, controls and operations of the Services, and may share and retain such data at Fyber’s discretion.
Anonymized Data. CUSTOMER ACKNOWLEDGES AND AGREES THAT, NOTWITHSTANDING ANY OTHER PROVISION HEREIN, ESO MAY USE ANONYMIZED DATA FOR INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL PURPOSES (INCLUDING BENCHMARKING AND RESEARCH), PROVIDED THAT ESO WILL NOT SELL ANONYMIZED DATA TO THIRD PARTIES FOR COMMERCIAL USE. Without limiting the foregoing, ESO will own all right, title and interest in all Intellectual Property of any aggregated and de-identified reports, summaries, compilations, analysis, statistics or other information derived therefrom.

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary under the Agreement, PartnerTap may create aggregated, redacted, or anonymized forms of Customer Data that do not identify Customer or any Authorized User (“Anonymized Data”). For the avoidance of doubt, Anonymized Data shall not be considered “Customer Data” as defined in the Agreement. PartnerTap may use Anonymized Data for its business purposes.

Anonymized Data shall not be considered Customer Data. Talend may use Anonymized Data for its business purposes.
Anonymized Data. Notwithstanding anything in this Agreement, SS&C and its third party vendors may collect and use, any such data, text, and files that pass through and/or may be generated by the Customer’s use of the Digital Solutions Services in anonymized format. For clarity, such anonymized data will not include any of Customer’s Confidential Information. SS&C or its third party vendors may also review Customer’s Authorized Users and API Call usage amounts, as applicable, for billing and internal business use.
Anonymized Data. During and after the term of this agreement, Liongard may use and owns all anonymized data within the Service for purposes of enhancing the Service, aggregated statistical analysis, technical support and other business purposes.

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in these Terms, We may monitor, collect, use and store anonymous and aggregate statistics and/or data regarding use of the Solutions solely for Our internal business purposes (including, but not limited to, improving the Solutions and creating new features) and such anonymized and aggregate data shall not be considered Your Data.

Anonymized Data. Flock shall have the right to collect, analyze, and anonymize Customer Data and Customer Generated Data to the extent such anonymization renders the data non- identifiable to create Anonymized Data to use and perform the Services and related systems and technologies, including the training of machine learning algorithms. Customer hereby grants Flock a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free right to use and distribute such Anonymized Data to improve and enhance the Services and for other development, diagnostic and corrective purposes, and other Flock offerings. Parties understand that the aforementioned license is required for continuity of Services. Flock does not own and shall not sell Anonymized Data.
