Anonymized Data. Notwithstanding anything in this Agreement, SS&C and its third party vendors may collect and use, any such data, text, and files that pass through and/or may be generated by the Customer’s use of the Digital Solutions Services in anonymized format. For clarity, such anonymized data will not include any of Customer’s Confidential Information. SS&C or its third party vendors may also review Customer’s Authorized Users and API Call usage amounts, as applicable, for billing and internal business use.
