Common use of Annual Salaries Clause in Contracts

Annual Salaries. The salaries for employees covered by this Agreement are set forth on Appendix A which is attached to and incorporated into this Agreement. The salary levels established in Schedule A are based upon employment and work on a full day's schedule for a full school year. A teacher who works less than a full school year shall receive a prorata salary determined by the ratio of the number of days employed to the number of days required for a full school year. A teacher who works less than a full day's schedule shall receive a prorata salary determined by the ratio of the number of hours worked to the number of hours in a full day's schedule.
