Common use of Annual Return Clause in Contracts

Annual Return. 6.1 The Directors in each calendar year shall prepare or cause to be prepared an annual return and declaration setting forth the particulars required by the Statute and shall deliver a copy thereof to the registrar of companies for the Cayman Islands.
