Annual Report to Partners. Within ninety (90) days after the end of each ------------------------- fiscal year, the partnership shall furnish to each partner an annual report consisting of at least (1) a copy of the partnership's federal income tax returns for that fiscal year, (2) a supporting statement of income or loss, (3) a balance sheet showing the partnership's financial position as of the end of that fiscal year, and (4) any additional information that the partners may require for the preparation of their individual federal and state income tax returns.
