Annual Pay Sample Clauses
The 'Annual Pay' clause defines the total amount of compensation an employee will receive over the course of a year. It typically specifies whether the pay is distributed in equal installments, such as monthly or biweekly, and may clarify if the amount includes bonuses, commissions, or other forms of remuneration. This clause ensures both parties have a clear understanding of the employee's yearly earnings, reducing the risk of disputes over salary expectations and payment schedules.
Annual Pay. The base annual pay for employee will be $120,000, and will be reviewed on an annual basis on July 1 of each calendar year.
