Common use of Annual Meetings of Members Clause in Contracts

Annual Meetings of Members. The annual meeting of the Members of the Company for the transaction of such business for which such meeting is called or as may properly come before the meeting, shall be held at such time and date as shall be designated by the Members from time to time and stated in the notice of the meeting.
