Annual Basic Rental Clause Samples

The Annual Basic Rental clause defines the base amount of rent that a tenant is required to pay to the landlord each year under a lease agreement. This clause typically specifies the exact dollar amount or the method for calculating the annual rent, and may outline the payment schedule, such as monthly or quarterly installments. By clearly stating the tenant’s fundamental financial obligation, this clause ensures both parties understand the minimum rent due each year, thereby preventing disputes and providing a predictable revenue stream for the landlord.
