Annual Access Log Sampling. A random sampling of Information Resource accounts must be reviewed (audited) at least once annually to ensure that access was (i) granted; and (ii) used appropriately. Such review must be designed to verify to a high degree of certainty that appropriate processes were followed and access grants were proper.
