Common use of Announcement Clause in Contracts

Announcement. Neither Party shall make any announcement with regard to the matters of this Agreement without the prior written consent of the other Party except for the public announcements made in compliance with the PRC laws and relevant provisions of the China Securities Regulatory Commission, the HKSE, the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission, the New York Stock Exchange, the United States Securities and Exchange Commission and other governmental or regulatory authorities.
