Anniversary Coordination Clause Samples

The Anniversary Coordination clause establishes how the parties will align or recognize the anniversary date of their agreement or a specific event within the contract. Typically, this clause details the method for determining the anniversary date, such as referencing the original effective date or the date of a key milestone, and may outline procedures for coordinating renewals, reviews, or adjustments tied to that date. Its core function is to ensure both parties have a clear, shared understanding of important contract timelines, thereby preventing confusion and facilitating smooth administration of ongoing obligations.
