Programs and Subscription and Support. The following sentence is added at the end of the paragraph that begins "IF IBM DOES NOT RECEIVE SUCH AUTHORIZATION BY THE EXPIRATION DATE" in 3.5.4 Automatic Annual Renewal of Software Subscription and Support and Selected Support: CUSTOMER MAY TERMINATE SOFTWARE SUBSCRIPTION AND SUPPORT FOR A PROGRAM OR SELECTED SUPPORT FOR A SELECTED PROGRAM LICENSE AT ANY TIME AFTER THE FIRST ANNIVERSARY ON ONE MONTH'S WRITTEN NOTICE, EITHER DIRECTLY TO IBM OR THROUGH CUSTOMER’S IBM RESELLER, AS APPLICABLE, IF IBM HAS NOT RECEIVED CUSTOMER’S WRITTEN AUTHORIZATION (e.g., order form, order letter, purchase order) TO RENEW CUSTOMER’S EXPIRING SOFTWARE SUBSCRIPTION AND SUPPORT OR SELECTED SUPPORT.   • Dues and Subscriptions The City agrees to budget and to pay for the professional dues and subscriptions of the Employee necessary for the continuation and full participation in national, regional, state and local associations and organizations necessary and desirable for the Employee’s continued professional participation, growth and advancement, and for the good of the City.

  • Software Subscription Lifecycle During the life cycle of Red Hat Software, the scope of Software Maintenance and Support evolves and, after a number of years, we discontinue Software Maintenance and Support for older versions of Software. The details of the Software Maintenance and Production Support life cycle are set forth at xxxxx://xxxxxx.xxxxxx.xxx/support/policy/update_policies.html. If available, you may purchase Extended Update Support and/or Extended Life Cycle Support, as described in Exhibit 1.G, to extend your Subscription Services for certain versions of Software.

  • User Subscriptions Unless otherwise specified in the applicable Order Form, (i) Services are purchased as User subscriptions and may be accessed by no more than the specified number of Users, (ii) additional User subscriptions may be added during the subscription term at the same pricing as that for the pre-existing subscriptions, prorated for the remainder of the subscription term in effect at the time the additional User subscriptions are added, and (iii) the added User subscriptions shall terminate on the same date as the pre-existing subscriptions. User subscriptions are for designated Users and cannot be shared or used by more than one User but may be reassigned to new Users replacing former Users who no longer require ongoing use of the Services.

  • Software Subscription The Term of any Software Subscription shall automatically renew for an additional Subscription License Term unless written notice of termination is given to the other Party three (3) months prior to the expiration of the then-current Term.

  • Subscription Services We grant You a right to use the Genesys Cloud Service in accordance with this Agreement and the applicable product descriptions found in the Services Order.

  • DESCRIPTION OF WEBSITE SERVICES OFFERED The Site is a website interface and companion mobile application which has the following description: A cloud based, website and mobile application interface for tracking events of participants in the USDA CACFP (Child and Adult Care Food Program) and/or SFSP (Summer Food Service Program) to be used by Day Care Homes and Sponsoring Organizations, Child Care Centers and Sponsoring Organizations, At-risk Afterschool Care Centers and Sponsoring Organizations, Adult Day Care Centers and Sponsoring Organizations and Emergency Shelters and Sponsoring Organizations. Any and all visitors to our site and users of the website applications and/or companion mobile application(s) shall be deemed as "users" of the herein contained Services provided for the purpose of this TOS. The user acknowledges and agrees that the Services provided and made available through our website and applications, which may include some mobile applications and that those applications may be made available on various social media networking sites and numerous other platforms and downloadable programs, are the sole property of Genius Programs. At its discretion, Genius Programs may offer additional website Services and/or products, or update, modify or revise any current content and Services, and this Agreement shall apply to any and all additional Services and/or products and any and all updated, modified or revised Services unless otherwise stipulated. Genius Programs does hereby reserve the right to cancel and cease offering any of the aforementioned Services and/or products. You, as the end user acknowledge, accept and agree that Genius Programs shall not be held liable for any such updates, modifications, revisions, suspensions or discontinuance of any of our Services and/or products. Your continued use of the Services provided, after such posting of any updates, changes, and/or modifications shall constitute your acceptance of such updates, changes and/or modifications, and as such, frequent review of this Agreement and any and all applicable terms and policies should be made by you to ensure you are aware of all terms and policies currently in effect. Should you not agree to the updated, revised or modified terms, you must stop using the provided Services forthwith. Furthermore, the user understands, acknowledges and agrees that the Services offered shall be provided "AS IS" and as such Genius Programs shall not assume any responsibility or obligation for the timeliness, missed delivery, deletion and/or any failure to store user content, communication or personalization settings.

  • Software Subscription Use Case Red Hat Storage Server for On- Premise Red Hat Storage Server for On-Premise is intended to be used as a storage system and will be supported only when used as a storage node. Red Hat Storage Server is not supported on non- server hardware such as desktops or workstations. Red Hat Storage Server for On-Premise is intended for use on a dedicated System, Physical Node, Virtual Node or Virtual Guest; running other applications and/or programs of any type on the System, Physical Node, Virtual Node or Virtual Guest can have a negative impact on the function and/or performance of the Red Hat Storage Server and is not a supported Use Case. Each Red Hat Storage Server Subscription includes one Software Subscription to Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server and the Scalable File System Add-on, which are supported solely in connection with the use of Red Hat Storage Server. Red Hat Storage Server for Public Cloud Red Hat Storage Server for Public Cloud is intended to be used as a storage system and will be supported only when used as a storage node. When running in Amazon Web Services, an EC2 M1 Large dedicated instance is required in order to be supported. Running other applications and/or programs of any type on the same instance can have a negative impact on the function and/or performance of the Red Hat Storage Server and is not a supported Use Case. Each Red Hat Storage Server Subscription includes one Software Subscription to Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server and the Scalable File System Add-on, which are supported solely in connection with the use of Red Hat Storage Server. Red Hat Storage for Red Hat Enterprise Linux OpenStack Platform Red Hat Storage Server for Red Hat Enterprise Linux OpenStack Platform is intended to be used as a storage system with Red Hat Enterprise Linux OpenStack Platform and will be supported only when used as a storage node.
