AND SUBSISTENCE. ‌ 21.01 Employees who normally travel from the site to their place of residence by means of public transportation following the completion of their shift, but are prevented from doing so by being required to remain on duty longer than their regular shift and past the time when normal public transportation is available, shall be reimbursed for the cost of reasonable, necessary and substantiated transportation expense from the site to their place of residence.
