Common use of AND PURPOSE Clause in Contracts

AND PURPOSE. The Company and the Union each represents that the purpose and intent of this Agreement is to promote co-operation and harmony; to recognize mutual interests;to provide a channelthrough which information and problems may be transmitted from one to the other; to formulate rules to govern the relationship between the Union and the Company, to promote efficiency and service and to set forth herein the Agreement covering rates of pay, dispute procedure and conditions of employment which will render justice to all.

AND PURPOSE. The Company and the Union each represents agree that the purpose and the intent of this Agreement is to promote co-operation and harmony; , to recognize mutual interests;to interests, to provide a channelthrough channel through which information and problems may be transmitted from one to the other; , to formulate rules to govern the relationship between the Union and the Company, to promote efficiency and service and to service, as set forth herein herein, the Agreement covering basic agreement controlling rates of pay, hours of work, dispute procedure and conditions of employment which will render justice employment. There shall be no effort by either signatory to allmisinterpret, read into or delete from any of the provisions of this Agreement.
