and on the dates specified. (i) If a student in an asynchronous course withdraws from the course before completing it, the amount payable to the Contract Academic Instructor per student shall be prorated to pay the Contract Academic Instructor in the same percentage as the tuition retained by the University and not refunded to the student under the College of Extended Learning’s fee refund policy in place at the time of the withdrawal.
